The DNS issue that was impacting our services has now been resolved. All systems are operating normally.

Due to Technical Issues, our sandbox env is not functioning properly at the moment. Our DevOps team is working on bringing up a new, much-improved sandbox env which will work with all products and functionalities.
We're experiencing a temporary delay in processing balance top-ups for accounts in India and are working to resolve it, with full service expected to be restored within 3–5 days.
For the fastest processing, we recommend topping up by credit card. If you prefer bank transfer, please allow 24–48 hours for the payment to reflect.
