2026-07-22 [Issue affecting Indian Reseller's with valid VAT/GST number]

What's happening:
 We're aware of an issue affecting Indian resellers who have valid VAT IDs. Some users are experiencing:

Payment options not loading on the Add Money page
An email incorrectly stating their VAT/GST number was removed for being invalid
An "invalid ID" error appearing after updating account details
What we're doing:
 Our team is investigating the issue and has reached out to our partner for support. We'll share updates here as soon as we know more.

2026-07-08 [DNS Resolution Issues]
The DNS issue that was impacting our services has now been resolved. All systems are operating normally.

Due to Technical Issues, our sandbox env is not functioning properly at the moment.  Our DevOps team is working on bringing up a new, much-improved sandbox env which will work with all products and functionalities.

We're experiencing a temporary delay in processing balance top-ups for accounts in India and are working to resolve it, with full service expected to be restored within 3–5 days.
For the fastest processing, we recommend topping up by credit card. If you prefer bank transfer, please allow 24–48 hours for the payment to reflect.
