Premium DNS – Update [Monitoring]
Sectigo has deployed a fix and DNS resolution has been restored for the large majority of Premium DNS zones. We're continuing to monitor for a small number of domains still showing intermittent resolution issues, and will post again once it's fully stable.

We are aware of an issue affecting Sectigo Premium DNS. Queries for zones on the Sectigo nameservers (ns1-ns4.sectigoweb.com) are failing, so websites and email for affected domains may be unreachable. Domains on Openprovider's standard nameservers are not affected.

The issue is on the provider's side and has been escalated to Sectigo with the highest priority. We are in direct contact with them and will update as soon as we know more.

We do not have a confirmed ETA from Sectigo at this time. We will update as soon as we receive one.

Note: some domains may still resolve from your DNS cache. This does not mean the issue is resolved.

We had planned to move to our new support system on 1 September 2026. During final checks, we identified an issue that could affect your experience with the helpdesk.
